Our Team Building Activity

To strenGrandtophen company's team building, to meetnew challenges, the company decided to further strenGrandtophen and reshape the team elite, enhance cohesion, and truly achieve the image of high quality , which can display Grandtop new style, enhance team cohesion, reflect the humanistic care of the company, let everyone relax after busy work, close to nature.

On November 20, the company organized more than 70 employees to do outdoor development activities in Jurong.

The theme of this team building activity was fun games and healthy sports. In the early stage, there was a simple warm-up like ice-melting project, and in the formal stage, there was a challenge of breaking bridge 150m high, trusting backfall and so on. All these activities combined elements of sports,entertainment and cooperation.Staffs can enjoy a relaxed mood  in the tense work, feel the care of the company. All in all, Grandtop is not only an organization, but also a hard-working family full of love.

A simple team building activity let the company colleagues in the tense work experience a team power, each game has brought us a spiritual shock and deep reflection, make us more firmly believe that unity and mutual support. What's more,we can overcome all difficulties and obstacles to make our company better.
